This is your total cost of purchasing cabins excluding GST if any. This excludes land cost, transportation, site works or any other external fees.

Estimated Annual Revenue

This is how much revenue you can expect to generate per annum given a nightly rental price and expected occupancy rate.

Estimated Annual Outgoings

This is the costs to run your retreat per cabin per night.

Annual running costs increase at 30% for each additional cabin. This is a very conservative estimate. Your actual increases may be different depending on your circumstances.

Land related costs input is included for additional convenience. If you need to borrow money for land you can use your lender’s calculators to work out annual cost of borrowing.
